Hey! So excited to share my mindful morning routine with you all. I have built up these practices over 8 years and i truly can say they have changed my life in so many ways. I called it 5am(ish) because sometimes 5am just doesn’t happen ๐ but for about 7 years now my wake up time has been 5:30am or earlier…and believe me it is a magical magical time of day…i spent a year and a half of my life waking up at 3.45am to to start a mindful meditation practice (which i talk about more near the end of this video) and that time of my life really built the foundation and excitement of waking up early!
