DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN A FEW PARAGRAPHS:
I have been working in Spa, Beauty, Fitness and Wellness since more than two decades. Originally from Austria, I have lived and worked in various places around Europe, mainly in Spain.
I am a trained holistic therapist, and then specialized in Make-up and Hairstyling, following an exciting career in the fashion- and model business.
There came the point, listening to my body, and this changed my life professionally and personally, forever. An extensive education as Fitness- and Personal trainer moved my world, and I started working internationally in Luxury Hotels in newly created Spa and Wellness centers. Growing rapidly and learning more and more, this made me manage big Spas in five-star facilities, and then moving into consultancy and corporate positions.
What are you currently working on?
I still want to grow in the Wellness and Spa world, bringing all my experience together, and focusing on “real” Well-being and Healthcare. My goal is to expand worldwide with the right team and company.
Personally, I focus in living the healthiest and nature driven lifestyle possible, learning more every day, be a role-model for my work, and continuing attracting my soul family of light around me.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
I have learned to trust my intuition, listening to my heart.
What Routines keep your mind and body Healthy?
I practice daily self care. I move my body, eat plant based food and I know how important a healthy body, mind and soul are!
Daily Yoga, twice. Meditation and self-contemplation. Being aware.
I am vegetarian, and my diet is sugar- and gluten-free. I drink lots of water.
Connecting with nature every day, breathe; I walk 5000 steps daily or swim.
Lightwork, Energy work. I love the sun and enjoy her healing power.
Listening to my body. Listening to my mind. Listening to my soul.
What’s Your Favorite Spa?
I have seen many Spas in my life, and every Spa has something special, it is a summary of the concept, the location and the dedicated team.
To highlight some experiences: SHA Wellness Clinic, Altea, Spain, is amazing, and I loved the Macrobiotic food and the overall experience.
The 7000 m2 Spa facilities of Das Edelweiss in Salzburg, Austria have been impressing; and an outstanding treatment experience you can find at the Hotel Maricel in Mallorca, enjoying a massage right above the sea shore.

Favorite Holiday Destination?
I love the sea, the feeling on my skin and the air of the Mediterranean!
As much as I can be there, the better I feel.
On the other hand I am also an explorer and adventurist, my bucket list is still full with so much to discover on this planet, from cities to landscapes.
Favorite “me” time?
Anytime when its *ME* time. Every morning I dedicate minimum one hour.
Your Beauty Secret?
Daily face massage and face muscle training. Regular skin regime 2 x day.
I love Hydrafacial, HIFU as effective treatments. LPG for the body.
Organic skincare, and Circadia and Sisley skincare, always open to know more, as I love Aromatherapy and holistic care-rituals.
What inspires you?
I do have a creative mind, a strong inner connection and an esthetic visionairy eye. My inspiration can come from anywhere, from nature, from observing what is around me, music or people I meet or know.
The highest inspiration I get from people or situations that make me laugh!
How do you keep your calm in the middle of chaos?
Breathing. I pause for a moment and just Breathe…
Focusing on my third eye or my Solar plexus, and listen what I hear.
What’s On your playlist?
Mind & Body & Meditation waves and energy vibration tones. Also a mix of pop, rock and I love as well Classic and Piano music.
What Book is on your bedside table?
None. I am not a bookworm, I do read on my phone or listen to audio-books.
Something you can’t live without?
My phone 😉
